BMW had a flat a few months back, I was stuck and had to pay top dollar for 2 rear tires to get the car home. So now I wanted to get 2 for the front, Continental SSR Runflats. My wife drives this so with no spare I want the runflats despite the not so good handling. I always buy tires on line and have never had an issue. So I find these for $25-40 per tire cheaper than anywhere else, so I order. No email nothing in return, then I check reviews and see the bad, I get worried and call the next day, I got some one right away. Then I get a order confirmation email, the next day I get shipping via Fedex. The next day they are delivered from a warehouse close to my home, which most tires come from in this area. I was very careful to check the factory/model number not just was written on the side, Continental makes a few similar tires, I got the exact tire I needed in 3 days and save up to $80 total.
Placed order on tires that were in stock. Received email that tires had shipped the next day with tracking number. When you check tracking on FedEx, the tires have not left the facility. Cannot get a hold of a person in customer service or tracking. Finally, only way to get a live person is to select option for new order and after some digging, the tires never left their facility and had I not called, they would have never shipped them. Still waiting to see if they get shipped.

I requested a refund after the day before scheduled delivery all the tracking info was deemed fraudulent by FedEx. That was Sunday. Thursday night ONE of the 4 tires I ordered showed up (almost a week late) and now they are fighting a refund.
Switch and bait and no refund. These people refuse to give me refund on two orders unless I buy substitute tires. Holding me hostage for $600. Scam ! Read other reviews with similar scheme.

I read the reviews after I submitted my order for 2 Toyo tires. I was real nervous after I read them but I had no reason to be. My tires arrived within 3 days just as ordered. I will buy again.
I ordered a tire on March 31, 2021(Wednesday). I immediately received an order confirmation. About 2 hours later I received an email saying the tire shipped, and got a tracking number from fed ex. The delivery was showing for Friday. Friday came and went, no tire. 7 days after ordering tire I got a call/text from "John" stating the tire I ordered was not in stock (it took a week to figure this out)?? He stated he would ship another brand (slightly more expensive) at no extra charge, and it would go out the next day. I approved. 6 days go by and and get on their online chat, and ask for an update. I get no response but a few minutes later I get an email saying they are now processing my order. Several more days, I ask for an update, I get a tracking number, no greetings, no apologies nothing. It's been about another week since I got the "update" and fed ex still has not received my tire to ship. They will not answer the phone, email, text or chat now. Imagine that! I have filed theft/fraud charges...so hopefully these people will get caught for scamming so many people! I was in a hurry when ordering my tire, and failed to check reviews...shame on me.
As the other reviews here say, this place is a scam. They don’t have any tires in a warehouse. They try to find some after you place an order. If they can find them, they might ship them. They will end up being old (hard rubber - little useful life remaining), the wrong size, or even used. They’ll give you a FedEx tracking number, which they generate, but that doesn’t mean they have your tires. When the tires don’t show up, they blame it on FedEx losing tires that FedEx never even had because OnlineTires never had them to give to FedEx. Don’t waste your time or money on this scam. Esch time I called to ask where my tires were, I got a different story.
I ordered 4 tires with Online Tires, they came uncovered, in a very bad shape, and obviously looked to be either in their store or in the production company for years and tossed around. I received 3 of them together, and the last one one week after. Installing them on my car looked a great mistake. So, I called the company and requested a return label, but they refused to do so, if I do not pay for the shipment myself, though their salesperson, Chris, told me on the phone when I ordered the tires with him that the return will be free if there would be any problems. The tires are still with me with no solution in sight. Do not buy anything from this company, and I regret not thinking about searching about the business integrity level of this company before ordering tires from them. Do not make my mistake.The OnlineTires.com has zero business integrity
DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THEM, I REPEAT DO NOT!!!!! this is the most ridiculous place to buy a tire, I purchased 4 brand new tires from them, they sent 1, then after a week they sent another one which is a USED tire with wrong size, they asked me to return it to them and I did. 2 days later I got another one from FedEx, just today they said one of the tires was lost by FedEx {they lied on FedEx].
I called and called and called only for their rude rep DAVID to place me on 30 mins hold, no talking nothing.... when he came back I asked for a supervisor, he hang up.
I called again severally, unfortunately I got the rep again {I recognized him by his voice} he denied ever hanging up, I told him I am recording the call, that is when he allowed me speak to a sup. Supervisor now said they do not have any of the brand i ordered for anymore, so I have to send the 2 I have now back to them so they can send a NEW set of 4 to me, it has been 3 weeks imagine still no solution in sight.
NEVER EVER BUY A THING FROM THESE FOLKS, they lie a lot.
I have reported them to PayPal to get my refund.
WE ARE FROM LONG ISLAND NEW YORK. WE WERE LOOKING FOR TIRES AND STUMBLED ACROSS THIS WEBSITE. I HAD THE PLEASURE OF JOHN ASSISTING ME WITH THE TIRES I WANTED. HE COULDNT HAVE BEEN ANY MORE HELPFUL AND HE WAS EXTREMLY NICE I'D DEFINATELY DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY. SHIPPING WAS SO FAST I ORDERED ON A THURSDAY AND GOT THEM ON MONDAY
Do not repeat my mistake and buy from OnlineTires.com. Terrible customer service and their agents do not speak or understand English well. They sent the wrong tires and trying to return them is a huge hassle. I had open a dispute with my credit card company. Trying to save a few bucks on tires was not worth it. Worse experience ever, avoid like the plague.
Horrible customer service. Has the option to price match and when I provided them a link/store to price match and they then emailed me saying they can price match and give me additional 5% off . I called the sales rep she told me they will not be price matching, but will give me a special code to get a big discount. Sales rep then requested me to say that she is beautiful in tagalog before she will provide me a code . Entered the code to get 5% off (they had a different code on their website for 5% off already).
If you are reading this "RACHEL", I hope having to call you beautiful makes your horrible day at the crappy company you work at, better.
I called today, because I place an order for R888s $1220 in tires. FedEx delayed my package and asked FedEx if I can pick up from the local FedEx location. FedEx told me I need authorization from online tires.com. I called there customer service and were absolutely no help... waste of time... poor customer service. Will never shop here again.
